  1. Q: How much is the shipping costs?

    A: We do free shipping to worldwide.

  2. Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

    A: Normally you can use PayPal for fast check out and no extra PayPal fee charge.
    Please make sure you have a valid / confirmed PayPal account before place the order. All PayPal payments must be confirmed (shipping and billing addresses must match).

    For wholesale orders you can also use T/T (Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer), and Western Union/MoneyGram.

  3. Q: How soon will you ship my order after finished payment?

    A: Normally in 2-3 business days.

  4. Q: How many days later can I get my items?

    A: We ship Monday - Saturday (except holidays) all items shipped with cheapest post with tracking number for you, below is arrive time.

    A: We are in Baoan district, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

  6. Q: Do I need to pay extra duties and taxes?

    A: Normally we ship by post service, it is very safe to pass customs check and you won’t need to pay any taxes normally.

    For wholesale orders

    Import duties, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or freight. These charges are the buyer 's responsibility.

    Normally USA and Canada, Australia buyer we will do lower amount for customs paper, so that you no need to pay any taxes.

    But for Europe wholesale orders you normally need with a VAT and gonna pay some taxes.
    Please contact your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before purchasing.

  7. Q: What can I do with wrong items delivered?

    A: Please contact us within 48 hours after you got the package. We need pictures or video to confirm if they are wrong. We will send the right one immediately and provide address for you to return those wrong items, please make sure it is same condition as it arrived and not damaged during return.
